Can you introduce yourself? My name is Roland, Roland onose Ekpere, the only boy in a family of five kids, am a 22 years old studying geology at the federal university of technology, a poet, a believer in changing the world through not just words but our actions, last but not the least am a Manchester united fan. What inspired you to become an artist? Basically what inspired me at first was the need to get things done by myself, when I was much younger I loved drawings, shapes, any art related but I could not do those things by myself and had to give it to people who were in that field to help me draw and paint but overtime they were very busy and didn't have time to help me, so I just had to pick up that mantle and do things from my own perspective. When did you start drawing? I started drawing at around 6-7 yrs of age.

Delta state was  created on the 27 August 1991 form the former Bendel state, it is an oil and agricultural producing state in the south-south Nigeria. All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them. -James Lane Allen I once read the story of how marine merchants of those days use to wait at the harbour whenever they expect the arrival of their ships from the high seas. The practice was that the merchants would send the ships out to go and fetch treasures from far away while they wait at the dockside to receive them on arrival. Most times, because the sailors lacked the necessary passion and discretion of entrepreneurs, they often delayed pointlessly in bringing back the ships.
