Delta state was  created on the 27 August 1991 form the former Bendel state, it is an oil and agricultural producing state in the south-south Nigeria. DON'T WAIT FOR IT.

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them. -James Lane Allen I once read the story of how marine merchants of those days use to wait at the harbour whenever they expect the arrival of their ships from the high seas. The practice was that the merchants would send the ships out to go and fetch treasures from far away while they wait at the dockside to receive them on arrival. Most times, because the sailors lacked the necessary passion and discretion of entrepreneurs, they often delayed pointlessly in bringing back the ships.
